Review:

This is an old bottle, of which I know I left it a bit too long to drink(2011 perfect this would have been 5 years ago). This is a affordable table wine selected by Morrisons, Producer unknown, but it does say bottled by CDC, and I know Chateau de Caraguilhes produces organic Corbieres in that area, please let me know if I am wrong.

As i had left it to mature unnaturally in the bottle, it's surprisingly bouquet on the nose, the colour is cloudy dull red, maybe caused by long oxidization being screw cap wines by my experience doesn't store well. I advise drinkers to let an aged wine breath before drinking, or it might shock you on the taste as I had made the mistake on this one.

At first taste the wine was a bit volatile, after letting it settle the wine is less tarty and much easier to drink. This Corbieres taste spicy with flat strawberry and herb, it's truly a table wine, best serve with cheese or meat. as the date of drinking gave the wine an unfair disadvantage, I will up the rating and give it a 5.
